What do I need to play the games?
Check each games product page for information on what is needed to play each of the games. All Breakthrough Gaming games can be played on your computer.
How do I buy something?
Use the navigation on the right to find the products you would like to look at. On each Products Page (like the ZJ the Ball Product Page) you can see the price of the item along with how to purchase it.
What payment options are there?
You can purchase through PayPal using your credit or debit card.
How do I pay with just cash?
Most stores and malls allow you to purchase pre-paid credit cards, where you can load a certain amount of cash on it to use for a small fee. These cards are a great way to use cash to purchase items on the internet with added security. Most of these cards can be used to purchase products from Breakthrough Gaming because most are treated as a regular credit/debit card.
How long does it take for my order to get to me?
Check the Shipping and Returns Section for shipping times for boxed versions of the games and check the Downloadable Games Policy for shipping times of downloadable games.
There was a problem with my order and/or game. What do I do?

You should receive your order within two to four weeks from order date, depending on availability and your location. No Refunds. We reserve the right to change product and shipping prices at any time. Sorry, no orders outside of the USA. All items subject to availability.

Downloadable Game Policy |
 |
When an order is placed for a downloadable game title, you should receive an e-mail within three business days with instructions on how to download your game. Once you have installed the downloadable game on your computer and start the game, you will need to be connected to the internet to validate your game before play. This means that you will have to be connected to the internet each time you want to play your downloadable game. Downloadable games are to be played only on the computer they are originally downloaded to. Sorry, no orders outside of the USA.

Product Warranty |

Breakthrough Gaming warrants to the original purchaser of a product, that their PC game product will be free of defects for (25) days from the date of purchase. If a problem occurs in that (25) day period, Breakthrough Gaming will replace the product free of charge. This warranty isn't applicable and will be void if the defect in the Breakthrough Gaming product has occurred because of abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect. To determine if this warranty applies to your situation, contact Breakthrough Gaming Support by clicking here. If you situation is covered by the warranty, you will be given instructions on how to obtain a replacement or repair of your product.
